Wednesday: 5 Miles
Thursday: 3 Miles
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 5 Miles
Sunday: 9 Miles

Week 3: 6/3 – 6/21
Monday: Cross (walk 1 hour)
Tuesday: 3 Miles
Wednesday: 5 Miles
Thursday: 3 Miles
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 5 Miles
Sunday: Rest

Week 4: 6/22 – 6/28
Monday: Cross Training (walk 1 hour)
Tuesday: 3 Miles

Saturday: Hill Workout, bodyweight workout
Sunday: 4 Miles + Upper Body
